Undertook the stakeholder engagement and partnership development to create My Main Street, an Ontario-focused program that leverages detailed market research and data to support small business expansion and placemaking initiatives along Ontario’s main streets.

Program Design: ShopHERE - Canada

During the pandemic, developed a rapid response program called ShopHERE that assisted businesses across Canada in creating and launching online stores. The program assisted over 50,000 small businesses in establishing online stores.
